Documents Attestations

WE offer our services for document Attestation from Saudi Embassy, UAE Embassy, HEC, IBCC and other Embassy. through mail. Deponent of the power of attorney has to be physically present at the Consular office of the Embassy of Pakistan along with his/her original passport/NICOP. He would be required to sign the document in the presence of the consular officer. Check List: Please ensure that you have the following documents with you before approaching the consular section of the Embassy. 1. Original power of attorney, 2. A copy of the power of attorney for the Embassy’s record, 3. Deponent’s original Pakistani/US passport/NICOP and a copy. Birth Certificate Birth Certificate are issued by the Local Government authorities in Pakistan. Such certificates must be duly attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad or its camp offices in Karachi, Lahore, Quetta and Peshawar. The Embassy and its Consulate offices in the US counter authenticate the above documents. Attestation of Driving License In case of driving license, Embassy would attest the letter, issued by the driving license issuing authority, conforming the particulars of the holder of driving license. Family Visit Visas

• A reference note showing the number and the date of the visa issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or any of its branches in Jeddah or Dammam.
• For non-U.S. citizens, a copy of the green card or documented proof of legal residence in the U.S.
• Visa fees must be paid online through Enjaz website www.enjazit.com.sa or through any of the Visa Offices Registered with Enjaz. The Consulate will not accept payments. The visa fee is one hundred and eight U.S. dollars ($108.00) for U.S. passport holders; for non-U.S. passport holders the fee is fifty-four U.S. dollars ($54.00) for a single entry and one hundred and thirty-four U.S. dollars ($134.00) for multiple entries.
• Minors (under 18 years of age) travelling alone or with one parent must submit a notrized letter of authorization, in either in Arabic or English, signed by both parents or legal guardians.
• Log on to https://enjazit.com.sa/ . Click on “Apply for a visa to enter the Kingdom by individuals.” It is important to record the request number on the application and present it to the Consulate. Guideline for enjaz online application.
• All application forms must be typed in CAPITAL LETTERS.

Business Visit Visas

Every business requires some form of investment and enough customers to whom its output can be sold on a consistent basis in order to make a profit. Business visas are issued to: businessmen, investors, representatives of U.S. companies, Manager, sales managers, sales representatives, etc. Please include your email address on the application.

• Please provide one of the following documents to prove the applicant’s position:
• A letter addressed to the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Washington, D.C. by the applicant’s employer in the U.S., which confirms the applicant’s position and that he is being sent on a business visit related to his/her company.
• A copy of the company’s business registration, in Saudi Arabia and in the U.S
• An electronic invitation Letter from a Saudi Company.
• A diplomatic note from the applicant’s embassy in the U.S. identifying his/her title (for non-U.S. citizens).
• Additional documents may be requested if needed.

• For non-U.S. citizens, a copy of the green card or a document confirming legal residence in the U.S.
• Visa fees must be paid online through Enjaz website www.enjazit.com.sa or through any of the Visa Offices Registered with Enjaz. The visa fee is $270.00 for U.S. passport holders, for both single and multiple entries. For non-U.S. citizens, the visa fee is $54.00 for a single entry and $134.00 for multiple entries. Please print receipt of payment which includes the order number and attach submit with documents. Log on to https://enjazit.com.sa/ . • Visitors should not overstay the time granted on the visa.
• Business visas do not grant the applicant the right to work or to reside in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Visitors to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia must abide by the country’s Islamic laws and regulations and respect its society’s values and traditions.
• The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s laws against drug trafficking are strictly enforced. Violators are subject to severe punishment, which may include the death penalty.
